Kings County safety agencies are joining forces to tackle the county’s high rate of childhood injuries.  The Safe Kids County Coalition is about educating kids and their families about childhood injury prevention.

First graders from all over Kings County will spend the day at West Hills College Lemoore at an event put on by Safe Kids Kings County and will go over topics like firearm safety, distracted driving, poison prevention, cyber safety, CPR, concussion awareness, electrical safety, train track safety, hand washing and water safety, among others.
