SUD Counselor II | Outpatient

Under the supervision and direction of Outpatient Program Manager the Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD) Counselor-II provides responsible individual and group counseling services to clients. trains, orients; provides instruction to clients and community on treatment of substance abuse and conducts orientations about substance abuse programs; and performs related work as required. Medical Biller (Temporary) | CalAIM

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Medical Biller will provide support to our CalAIM Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports Program. They will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on medical claims to ensure accurate and timely billing. For more info click here.

Supervising Youth Substance Use Disorder Counselor II (SUDC-II) [Certified] | Youth Substance Use Programs

Under the direct supervision of Champions’ Regional Director of Tulare County Programs, the Supervising Youth SUDC-II (Supervisor) will provide and oversee SUD treatment, prevention, and case management services to youth ages 13-18 years old. For more info click here.

SUD Counselor I | Tulare County Jail Programs

Under the direct supervision of Champions’ Regional Programs Director for the Tulare County Jail Program and direction from the TCSO Inmate Program Specialist, the SUD Counselor I will provide case management services for all clientele in a comprehensive manner. For more info click here.

Youth Intervention Specialist (YIS) | Youth Intervention Services (YIS)

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager provides program services to male residents, focusing on Enhanced Care Management and Housing Navigation to support client stability and long-term success. For more info click here.  

Facility Monitor | Residential Facility

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Residential Facility Monitor will supervise residents by monitoring and providing the enforcement of rules and maintaining security. Supervise daily living functions, ensures facility maintenance, cooking and cleaning; assist in providing program activities; monitors residents and visitors in program participation and compliance.
