Clinician I | Youth Substance Use Programs (Visalia)

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and clinical supervision of Champions’ Clinical Supervisor, the Clinician I will provide a variety of substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring disorder (COD) treatment services. For more info click here.

SUD Counselor I | Tulare County Jail Programs (Porterville)

Under the direct supervision of Champions’ Regional Programs Director for the Tulare County Jail Program and direction from the TCSO Inmate Program Specialist, the SUD Counselor I will provide case management services for all clientele in a comprehensive manner. For more info click here.

Lead Care Manager | CalAIM (Hanford and Lemoore)

Under the direct supervision of the CalAIM Program Manager, the employee will be evaluated based on skillset, experience, and ability to provide program services under the capacity as a Lead Care Manager (LCM) to a caseload of adult beneficiaries and/or youth populations of focus (PoF). Housing Navigator III | CalAIM (Internal Candidates Only)

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Housing Navigator III will oversee and support Champions’ Short-Term Post-Hospitalization (STPH) Housing Program in Kings County. For more info click here.
