Youth Substance Use Disorder Counselor II (SUDC-II) [Certified] | Youth Substance Use Programs
Under the direct supervision of Regional Program Director, the Youth SUD Counselor II (YSUDC) will provide SUD treatment, prevention, and case management to youth ages 13-18 years old. The YSUDC will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of clients, facilitating evidence-based curriculum in a group setting, providing individual and family counseling, case management, and conducting school and home visits as needed. SUD Counselor I | Tulare County Jail Programs (Visalia and Porterville Offices)
Under the direct supervision of Champions’ Regional Programs Director for the Tulare County Jail Program and direction from the TCSO Inmate Program Specialist, the SUD Counselor I will provide case management services for all clientele in a comprehensive manner. For more info click here.
Under the direct supervision of the CalAIM Program Manager, the employee will be evaluated based on skillset, experience, and ability to provide program services under the capacity as a Lead Care Manager (LCM) to a caseload of adult beneficiaries and/or youth populations of focus (PoF). Facility Monitor | Residential Facility
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Residential Facility Monitor will supervise residents by monitoring and providing the enforcement of rules and maintaining security. Supervise daily living functions, ensures facility maintenance, cooking and cleaning; assist in providing program activities; monitors residents and visitors in program participation and compliance.
