Champions offers Outpatient Drug Free (ODF) and Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT) for adults, which provides: intake, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, collateral services, crisis intervention, and drug testing services to help clients overcome barriers caused by Substance Use Disorders.

You can be self-referred
Bring a form of identification, and Medi-Cal card (if available)
*If interested in services an individual can come by the main office 311 N. Douty or call 559-583-9300 to complete/schedule an assessment for services.
